The luxurious room, complete with modern amenities and stunning city views, set the stage for a truly comfortable stay. The efficient room service and housekeeping ensured a hassle-free experience. However, minor oversights like empty toiletries and a glitchy lift to breakfast slightly marred an otherwise exceptional visit. While the hotel may lean on the pricier side, the overall experience and warm hospitality make it a worthy investment for those seeking a touch of luxury in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
